Forever try

1. I'm a very bosy person and i don´t have time for exercise. I sit at a desk all day and i  only have 30 minutes for lunch. i usually eat something quik like a burger and fries. I now if i keep following this routine i will goin a lot of weight
What should i do?
Alex-The first thing you will to do is start making better food choices if you can´t order a healthy lunch, then you will have to bring you own packed lunch.



2. I spend a lot of time studying and working at my computer. I´m sarting to develop a problem with my neck and back. After a five hours of sitting. I´m very stif and sore. I´d like to do some tye of exercise that isn´t too tiring. Will you please suggest an acitivity to do at home?

My advice would to be try yoga. If you want to work at home you can find a number of exellent DVDs that  will teach you the basic yoga. THAT´S AWESOME!!!
